I would give it 5 stars because it’s cheap, has what I need, isn’t too too crowded (I mean all gyms are somewhat) and the app is easy to use. However, I gave it 4 because there used to be employees that would always say hi and bye and ask about our workouts (just being really nice and helpful) but they’re gone and those at the reception desk only welcome me in half the time and then turn around and look at their phones. I usually don't leave many written reviews, but one thing I've noticed in the last few months is the level of customer service at the physical site I go to. Let me first start off by saying I don't go to the gym for the pleasantries but for the machines and the workout. The complaint is with the staff who man the front desk. Very cold people, standoffish and focused almost exclusively on their phones more than anything. I'll say hi and not get a welcome or even a nod sometimes. I'm leaving this review because people deserve to know the kind of person Isabel Little is. She holds a position of power at this facility but uses it to belittle, target, and discriminate against people instead of helping them. Her attitude is cold, condescending, and flat-out toxic. Her behavior is not only unprofessional -- it's harmful. This kind of person has no business working in this field. Period.
