Horrible experience. I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months. Unhelpful staff and service, also rude. I have been a member for 6 months, and still they are trying to charge me a cancellation fee on top of my monthly fee. I recently moved out and have no Vasa gym near me. So I have just been getting billed without even using my membership. Be careful signing up; they will trap you.
It's decent. The access to the pool was locked due to construction of the showers or something so I didn't get to try that this time. I was shocked that there's no squat racks? Only smith machines, I wasn't upset by it but just a little adjustment from other vasa gyms id say it's a fair tradeoff for a pool.
After multiple attempts to understand my billing charges and contact the billing department, I am still seeing additional charges added to my balance. I have called several times and have not received a callback or any clear direction on how to resolve this. I also spoke with the on-site manager, who said he would need to contact billing as well, but that was unsuccessful. This issue has been going on for over a month now. Very frustrating experience.
