Been here since they opened. Going on 4 managers in 3 years and all have been completely useless. They fall back on the bs “our maintenance guy quit” as an excuse for why nothing gets fixex. Broken toilet- call a plumber. Broken machine, call the manufacturer. Figure it out! This isnt hard. And make your “trainers” actually do work and have an ounce of pride in where they work. Clean!! I’ve been a member at this gym for the past 3 years and I’ve seen dramatic changes for the worst, once they lost their maintenance team this gym has been going downhill. The massage chairs have been out of service for awhile, one of two leg extension machines has been broken for at least two months, amongst numerous other machines that don’t work properly or are broken constantly. Vasa used to be extremely nice , until a couple of months ago when the maintenance man quit . Now many machines and treadmills are out of service. I do not mean a day or week , I'm talking months. There are just two leg extension machines which ones been broken for months therefore you have to wait online in order to have access to the lone machine.
