Koach Kannen (yes, Koach with a capital K) is seriously life-changing. His classes work better than my antidepressant—no joke. If you’re still going to that other orange workout place, cancel it now. The whole coaching team is amazing, but do yourself a favor and book a class with Kannen. You’ll never look back.
Criminally gross and difficult to get your membership cancelled. Edit: you cannot find my membership because I cancelled it. In my experience, vasa would not like help me cancel— per their public response They instead cited legal contracts and small clauses to charge me for a membership I didn’t use for a year. I asked for cancellation or freezes in writing multiple times and was denied.

guys and girls if you need a motivational coach KANNEN is the best. he makes everyone feel wanted, comfortable and just brings a different vibe to studio red and to clubfit. i love his energy. anyone that wants to feel great about themselves and wants a best friend KANNEN is it. i would’ve never tried studio red if it wasn’t for kannen and now im in love with it. he also teaches clubfit and he brings the energy there too. no matter what class you take with his as the instructor you know off the bat you’re gonna have the best... read more
Worst vasa by far. Nasty bathrooms. Only 2 stalls(men’s room). Bent barbells, broken equipment that takes forever to fix, worn out dumbbell grips. Only 3 benches in the free weights that will set incline. This gym really needs updated In a few areas
