Everything you need downside though gets busy!
Of the three massage chairs, only the third one away from the entrance goes deep enough for any kind of a massage, and as of today, it’s broken down. The other two chairs don’t really do much and it’s a waste of time :(
Not a fan!! The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and/or steam room are always closed. The whole reason I pay a monthly membership is to fit an early morning swim into a busy schedule. No support from VASA. Today I called before coming to confirm that the pool was in fact open. I was told that it was. I was then literally kicked out of the pool because it was being closed. Bummer that corporate vasa is helping tank reviews for all locations. Bad experience with their hidden fees and such. Beware when you sign up you will get charged randomly for these $60 rate guarantee fees. Honestly love American fork vasa and their staff is exceptional. Bummer that corporate had to taint my experience. Won’t be back because of that.
My experience with Vasa has been very frustrating and disappointing. I accepted a promotion because I was clearly told that I could upgrade to a higher membership while paying the same price I was already paying. That was the only reason I agreed. However, I am now being charged about $25 extra in “taxes and fees” that were never explained to me when I accepted the promotion. Honestly, I feel misled and deceived.
