Their classes are super good. My husband and I have been there for two months, and I had doubts at first, but then I started to love them. The staff is excellent, the teachers are very good. The place is clean, and Coach Kannen is the best. But they need to improve on one thing: more family plans. In my case, I have a teenage daughter, and there are no promotions for high school students to attend the center, nor discounts or anything. I hope they take this into account.
Whether or not I find time to swim laps or watch the news on the treadmill, I enjoy the massage chair daily!
Steam room has not been functional for over 4 months, no "out of order" sign. Are you going to be giving membership refunds? Sevices advertised not rendered.
Absolutely awful company. They said they accidentally sold me personal training, but can’t fix it because corporate won’t let them and now going to collections and court for $1500. They think I should just pay and do the training. Stay away from this company.
