As far as “big box gyms” go, VASA is by far the best. All the bases are covered when it comes to basics, and the higher teir amenities (like massage chairs, red light therapy, and specialty studio classes) surpass anything the incumbents offer. Plus, every time I work out there I imagine I’m training with astronauts, because NASA. Customer Support is good. Cory in Provo was able to help me out with ease, which is a huge plus in a world where gym memberships are harder to navigate than marriage contracts.
Their customer service representative Cory, helped me so much. Very kind & patient.
I had some account issues and spoke with France at Paramount Acceptance, the name of Vasa’s accounting company I’m guessing. Anyway, France was very helpful and was great to work with in getting my concerns resolved so thank you so much!
Love the managers here and the environment so much better than eos.
