Update!!! After I cancelled and they charged me 25$ to cancel! I have still been charged for another month!!! So they charged me a cancellation fee then didn’t actual cancel!!!!! This is fraud!! Don’t join this gym!!! They are thieves. Before I signed up I asked if they had a steam room because that’s what I was signing up for they told me it was broken and that it would be up in a couple of days so I signed up. Dear VASA Fitness North Orem Management, I am writing to express my concern regarding the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the facility. During my recent visits, I noticed several issues that need attention. The steam room was not properly cleaned, there was garbage left in the hydromassage area, and I also saw trash on the floor in different parts of the gym. Left the parking lot at 5:00 AM today because the gym was closed for a whole hour I understand if the employee in charge overslept but there should be at least 2 people with keys so they can open in the mornings then
I absolutely love going to North Orem VASA Fitness—especially on Monday evenings. The team working during that time is consistently amazing. They’re incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind, which makes such a difference in the overall experience.
