A complete scam and the worst thing i have ever paid money too. For reference i started on the 20$ plan and froze my account because it would not let me cancel unless in person and i had moved far away, woke up today to a 53$ charge because it resumed billing and selected the most expensive plan im seeing if i have grounds to sue because i am being completely taken advantage of and blatantly scammed
The VASA gym I went to in Lehi doesn't allow basic members to use the pool. I never had this issue at other VASAs. By far the worst VASA I've been to.
Overall, the amount of equipment that’s available is great but the bathrooms get pretty nasty
They don’t provide enough hot water in the men’s showers, so you cannot get a hot shower here, only a lukewarm one.
They did not have enough free weight equipment for me to use. As a result my workouts were never what I was wanting to do, and I often had to leave before I was finished. Also, I was charged a fee that I should not have been charged. I talked to the financial folks and the managers, and no one was willing to work with me or be flexible. They had taken my money and they were not going to give it back.
