The staff is always helpful, and nice. My only complaint is in the woman section we need some 7.5 weights.
I enjoy working out in an environment where everyone else has the same goal. No matter what level you are on,it doesn't matter. They are very interested in helping you achieve your goals.
Terrible customer service, onsite and corporate. The worst....
