She was not helpful.
I tell you what the staff up here is absolutely horrible. They really need to go to training on how to better assist the patients and compassion.
She was very rude, always late, when I told her I couldn't take a medicine because of pancreatitis she laughed at me.... until I told her a doctor at the hospital told me that.... I told her I wanted a pump and explained why I wanted it, she told me that is not how they work.... my husband was there and he said that is exactly how they work (he looked it up to be sure). Chaotic poorly run office where none of the people who answer the phone know what is going on. I was just on hold for over 30 minutes to schedule a telehealth appointment. During that time, several different people picked up the phone and asked me why I was on hold and I had to repeat everything. They need to Seriously improve their call management. Dr. Nargunan is now requiring bloodwork every three months and an appointment every three months in order to write Rxs for diabetes medication. If you do not comply, she withhold... read more
