My experience with Varun Sundaram was extremely disappointing. 1.Ordered unnecessary tests without explaining why 2.Never identified or communicated the root cause of my condition 3.Appointments felt rushed barely 1 minute after waiting weeks 4.Did not listen to concerns and was often dismissive and rude 5.Poor communication even regarding important decisions/procedures 6.Kept pushing for repeated follow-ups without clarity or resolution This resulted in 3 months of unnecessary stress and mental strain for not knowing what w... read more
Dr.Sundaram never sent through my referral on Thursday the day of my appointment. Called back Friday morning and was told they left a a note for him and he should get back to me that day. Nothing. Went the whole weekend with them being closed and now on Monday still no response. Call urology Austin and all they can do is leave another note for him. Terrible after care. Shows how little he cares for his patients after he finished their appointment. Never recommending dr Sundaram if you need urgent care. Very unprofessional.
I'm incredibly disappointed in Dr. Sundaram's disposition towards and treatment plan for elderly patients. Sundaram is treating my 80-year-old father, who has neurogenic bladder as a result of diabetes. We should have found a different urologist after he crassly mentioned my father's likely lifespan of several years at the first appointment. Took my dad to see Dr Sundaram and found him to be very caring. The office staff are also really nice.
Dr. Sundaram is very nice and friendly. He patiently answers all our questions with the best suggestions. Truly the best doctor – highly recommended
