All the people and professional care are excellent. But the new place is disorganized. My appointment was an hour late, much more of a wait than ever before. There was even a long wait to check out. Also, this appointment was simply to deliver psa results. Lordy! Please give that information on the portal and reduce the trouble your patients have to deal with. Please.
Dr. Sundaram, was great, answered any questions I had. He was very efficient, worked fast, and did a great job. I’m on day 2 and I’ve had very little pain, which is want the goal is after having this Vas procedure. I would recommend going to see him.

Physician/Nursing care always 100%. That you can not call the facility, but must go through a switchboard, then message tag to get anything resolved over the phone really pisses me off! I ended up having to drive to the office to get my question answered!
