This is SHOCKING - all I am calling Varun's office for is a referral to a dermatologist. Well guess what - I am trying desperately to understand the gentleman with a very heavy NON-ENGLISH accent in the call-center in India who is also battling to understand me. I am placed on hold while he calls the office that I look toward from my living room window but tells me that they (the office) is busy with another patient and cannot answer the phone right now. The best in Hoboken for sure
Dr. Malik is completely completely professional and super sweet and I feel that he’s a very good doctor But for someone like myself that works in the medical field for the past 22 years My mom cannot be seen because they have overwhelmed him with 50 patients a day, which is poor scheduling they should leave spaces for emergent patients And the office manager tells me she cannot promise a good quality of care I see about 40 patients a day I run with two doctors and I give them the best quality of care.
