bought a shampooer from here. before 3 years a waterpump part broke from no fault of ours. it supposedly had 3 year warranty. now they say it was a closeout. and company won't warranty the part and they don't make the part anymore. very disappointed. I do not recommend this place to no one when purchasing equipment.
