Lived here for a year, and it was pretty good! The rent price is slightly higher than I would like it to be, but it's also a nicer community. Compared to some other complexes in town, there aren't any amazing positives. That being said, I've seen much worse negatives at other complexes, all of which seem pretty manageable here. Honestly, the biggest drawbacks are that the laundry rooms have to close when it gets too cold and some rules on outdoor decorations.
