My husband and I have been with Varsity Place since 2014 and we couldn't have chosen a better company to rent from while attending college. Maintenance is quick to respond and always super friendly and helpful and Dave, Pat and Trevor are always kind and ready to help as well. Couldn't recommend them more.

Great place to live for a college student! I currently live in the 613 20th street apartments and the maintenance staff and office staff are such nice and helpful people. Trevor in the office has been great through the whole process. If we ever have had an issue we would send him and email and it’d be taken care of the same day. Highly recommend!
Very helpful, maintenance staff is always available. Also affordable.
The staff, maintenance, facility, just everything was a great experience. We rented for our kids for their college years and never had any issues. I highly recommend Varsity Place.
