Overall workmanship is passable when you take delivery immediately after the repair. However, be warned that after a few months, you'll notice the low-cost Chinese replacement parts they use will start to degrade. I'm willing to overlook the warping fender molding and clear coat overspray issues. However, the front steel bumper on my truck is rusting after only 9 months. Carl and Taylor fixed a scape on my MKS quickly and efficiently.
Amy and Taylor at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful with setting up my AAA claim and answering any questions I had. Rick took extra care going over all the hail damage to make sure everything was going to be squared away for me. They updated me like they said they would and even finished ahead of schedule. A+!
My friend Roger doesn't have the internet so he asked if I could leave a review for him. Roger has 2 Lincoln Town cars 2001 and 2006 he needed work on both the 2001 door hinges needed replacement the door wasn't closing properly and water was leaking in. Varsity Ford gave him a great price and did a magnificent job and now it closes beautifully. The 2006 repaired the fender, driver door painted them to perfection, and pin-striped.
