When I moved my daughter to Fayetteville I thought we had found a nice safe apartment. While moving her in I was stopped in the breezeway by a man who repeatedly keep telling me to give him money. I never have felt comfortable with her being there. The parking lot lighting is very sketchy. And if you want a parking space closer to the apartment complex be ready to pay a nice fee for it. I would love to relocate my daughter but there’s no way out of the contract unless you have money. And no one can afford all the extra fees ... read more
Great place to live and has a great staff. Even when they were changing management, they still helped keep everything straightened out. The apartment had a few minor issues, but the maintenance got them fixed really quickly.
