Love it I have lived here 3 years and I am so sad to have to move out. Any issue I’ve had has been fixed within 2 days tops and the apartments are big and spacious. Management has always been kind and helpful over the 3 years I’ve lived here and they always make sure to keep things clean and in order. It’s very safe community as well considering it’s in the middle of a college town. Night life can be a little loud (expected in lawrence- esp if you have bad/loud neighbors) but that’s the only bad thing I could write. Highly r... read more

Disrespectful landlords Terrible landlords. As soon as you sign your lease professionalism and common courtesy are tossed. Don't expect work orders to be put in let alone attended to. Landlords do their job when it suits them only, are rude and unhelpful and go out of their way to bother tenants. I moved in to VH apartments in July 2016, my disposal wasn't working. Pristine Living Conditions Incredibly up-to-date and well spaced living quarters with stylish features. The maintenance is timely and always pleasant. Excellent patio, left enough room for a large gas grill and sitting space for my roommate and I. It's also an excellent location to walk to classes from. Bonus that it is next to the Oread and all it's convenient shopping outlets. Down the street from the Union. Truly no complaints.
