Have been dealing with severe stomach issues and my primary referred me to a GI. Due to several red flags during my time with that GI, I decided to seek care elsewhere. I called to make an appointment here and was told that they won’t take me because I have a practicing specialist in the tri-state area… despite the fact that I’m no longer seeing that specialist. That specialist is giving sub-par care and they believe my options should be to continue care with them or go without care at all.
Very professional and likable. Easy colonoscopy
She dropped me after a colonoscopy. The only thing I can think of is the colonoscopy was really bad and she wasn't up for the challenge.
The office administrators are scattered and disorganized. They lost my paperwork, so I had to fill it out again. They also lost my issuance card information, so I had to send it again. They are also rude both in person and over the phone. But Dr. Lewis is great, and, because of her, I will probably continue going here for my GI care.
