Wonderful Experience This was my first time buying a car and as a woman I knew I would dread car shopping. After several dealers and several disappointments, I stopped by Varsity Ford. I can't tell you what a breathe of fresh air they are! They took the time to explain everything in detail on the used Fusion I purchased, and did not rush me. Unwilling to help This dealership does not deserve your business. When I decided to lease from them, it took 8 hours to close the deal, which is absolutely ridiculous. Then, my Escape is a 2 year lease and after 1 year of driving the Air Conditioner quit working. The dealership came up with a magic bullet theory to say a rock pierced my compressor and it is not covered by warranty. I have never been in any accident or driven in harsh conditions. excellent service I went to varsity ford for service on my 2010 escape, I was greeted by jim in servive who wrote up my repair order. I needed new tires and brakes, jim walked me back to my vehicle while it was on the hoist and showed me exactly what was needed....he gave me a very good discount off my entire bill......the repairs took about 2 hours to complete....and he had my car washed for free!! excellent service......Michael driver
Car was in shop for 33 days and they failed to correct and fix rear sensors. Insurance company recommended them too. No communication when called. Very unhappy.
Asked if there was an oil change special. Adv. Said I "may be able to find a special for $39.99". They don't want my business! I drive a 4cyl gas car. :-(
If you're shopping for a new auto...ask for Noel Walsh...awesome person who knows his stuff to give the best deal for your buck...time after time!
Not recommended for repairs... Two winters ago our Taurus hadn't been filled with a windshield washer that was freeze proof so all of the lines froze solid. We took it to Varsity Ford to get repaired but they did not drain the previous fluid out all the way so the problem happened again the next morning. When we brought it back they looked at it like it was OUT fault they hadn't drained it, even though that was exactly what we had pain them to do. Not too impressive. Varsity Ford This a a huge Ford car dealership with a large selection on vehicles. They have a used car lot on the premises as well. Lots of sales staff working, there are always plenty of folks willing to help you. I was very happy with my used car purchase and my salesmen was great. I would go there again for another car. Parking can me a little tight, there isn't much space in the lot.
