We had such a wonderful experience with All-Star Outfitters! Their merchandise is some of the cutest I’ve ever seen at a cheer competition, and they provided friendly, exceptional service. Highly recommend—we can’t wait to shop with them again!
I pre-ordered a size youth medium t-shirt for my daughter before her soccer tournament. When we went to pick-up her t-shirt, we were told that they were out of youth medium, so they gave us a youth large. This is not acceptable. If we ordered and paid for a youth medium, we don't expect that the size we ordered will be given away to those who didn't pre-order. My daughter will not wear her tournament shirt. Ordered two shirts at a tournament and they were beautiful and good quality. Unfortunately, the one size I preordered wasn’t there when I picked up in the morning. Then I inquired on another size I didn’t preorder and was told I could order online and it was available at another location. Went to other location and they also did not have the size. Did not have enough of all the sizes
