I made new patient appointments for myself and my two adult daughters to see Dr. Ramnarine. Both mine and my older daughter's appointments were rescheduled twice before we even ever had our first appointment. I actually showed up to my second reschedule only to find out that they had left me a voicemail to again reschedule. Against my better judgment, I decided to keep my younger daughters appointment, only to show up and find out that they rescheduled it after we had already gone in and done the virtual check-in. Dr. Ramnarine is by far the best gynecologist I've been to. She is attentive, professional and actually takes the time to listen to her patients issues. She makes sure you're aware of what's the next step to take and if you agree with her medical decisions before anything is ordered or set up. I had an abdominal hysterectomy and the entire process was great! I am now recovered and have no issues after surgery. Dr. Ramnarine is the best! After being dismissed by other OBGYN’s that were ready to place me on b.c. due to my heavy cycles that still didn’t resolve my issues, Dr. Ramnarine took the time to be thorough in her diagnosis, she was very detailed as to the next steps for my care and procedure. Went in to see Dr. Ramnarine for a basic woman's health check up/pap smear in Aug 2021. 2 tests were sent in, wasn't notified of what was ordered. One test totally unnecessary. Office staff says they always order it, even for no reason. IMO, pts should be told what is being ordered. All paperwork was filled out beforehand as requested.
