There's a good reason why you see Sold by Varos signs all over San Leandro. Terry is the best real estate agent ever. She's professional, highly knowledgeable, hilariously funny and thoughtful of her clients. You can trust her judgment and no-nonsense professional opinion. As to the construction company run by Adrian, you will get top-notch work quality. He basically rebuilt one of the homes we purchased from the dirt floor, up to the roof. Realtor Jeff was my Realtor for the sale of my home and will be again when I buy my next home! He is knowledgeable, experienced, diligent, extremely hard working and the results were very satisfying. Jeff even worked on some of the remodeling which Adrian, his partner, did a fantastic job in completing in record time! I don't give many reviews and I have also referred my older brother to Varos for an addition to his house.
