I was losing my home and felt very lost. I contacted Varo and they put me in contact with Nick & Brittany who really helped me out, they stopped the bank from ruining my credit and really made the overall process very easy. Would recommend to people who are severely struggling with home payments.
I really appreciated my experience with Nick. He was nice on the phone and was very straight forward. Would totally recommend to people who are looking to sale their home quick! =)
This company is shady. They communicated that repairs had been completed (condition of the sale) and the did not actually do ANY of the agreed to repairs, they bold face lied. Then agreed to put extra $15,000 in equity in a slick move to get us to sign escrow papers and complete the sale without doing the repairs but when the paperwork arrived it was $1,500.
