As a car salesman, it is my job to find coverage for existing customers coverage for their vehicle purchases. The office in Anson greeted me with horrible customer service skills. I was told that I asked a "stupid" question and wondered if I was the one bothering them about their client getting coverage. I was blown away by this. Why do people choose to work in places where they don't value the customers? If I could give a review with negative 5 stars, I would.

Customer for 20+ years. Received terrible (RUDE) customer service from Roseanna at the Searsport office in relation to our auto coverage. Would not recommend this agency or Concord Group insurance. Took our auto policy elsewhere and saved over $350 a year with MORE coverage!

Consumers beware! My daughter was rear ended by a woman who has her auto insurance through this agency. The police report clearly says this is what occurred. The estimate states the cost for repair is approximately 500.00 (anyone who knows anything about cars realizes that it does not take much of an impact to cause this amount of damage). The insurance company is refusing to pay. This is forcing us to take the woman to civil court.
