BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY COMPLETED A ROOF PROJECT ON OUR BUILDING IN MAIMI BEACH & NEVER CLOSED THE PERMIT. TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY FOR 12 MONTHS TO GET THIS RESOLVED WITH THE OWNER WILLIAM, NOW WE ARE DEALING WITH CODE VIOLATIONS AND A WATER LEAK INTO ONE OF THE UNITS. DREADFUL COMANY - RECCOMMEND YOU STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!
Varmo did a major roof project for us including new decking. They were accommodating to the changes and fair as new scope was added. It was a complex project many other roofing companies declined to take on or wanted to charge 50% more. Highly recommend Varmo for your roofing needs!
