Very helpful programme for my needs
Had some positive experiences with Adam the Exercise Physiologist, whom is very knowledgeable and friendly. However, he was sick and secretarial staff failed to notify me in his absence and so I had Ross instead. Firstly, I had his understudy foisted upon me, never asking me if I wanted him there or not and being present during a lot of personal information. Secondly during my apointment I had to endure what was presumably Ross's ego, as well as his unprofessional, judgemental and childish bewidlerment at my physicality.
Very professional and so excited to start my exercise program.
Great place and trainer. Like-minded people, all with similar issues and really friendly. And a chance at giving C a slap through progressively improving physical and mental status
