The doctors and staff here are very friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel like me and my dog were a priority every step of the way. They made sure my dog felt comfortable even when he was acting a little scared of being at the vet. I'm glad I found this practice, I just wish I had found them sooner than I did :)
Varina Vet Clinic takes such good care of my pups! My pups are crazy and not the easiest to deal with but they know exactly how to handle each one and their own way!
Dr. Phil is the BEST! So down to earth and genuinely cares. He was so good to my baby today. I went to him because my baby was sick and Rocky's doctor was not in the office today. Long story short, Rocky and Adrian have a new doctor.
I was so overwhelmed with this clinic. I never thought in this day and time I would be able to find a clinic that is truly there for my pet. I wasn't rushed and the staff explained everything in detail. Products were available if you needed them, but weren't pushed down your throat. This is not a typical Veterinary Clinic. Anyone who doesn't take their pets here are probably doing their pets a disservice. THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING WHO YOU ARE!
The doctors and staff at this veterinary practice are very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. They are very patient, gentle, supportive and proactive with our dog, Tillie. I am very pleased to recommend this veterinary practice, especially to first-time dog owners. All of your questions and concerns will be addressed.
