Terrible business, rude and they have no idea about consumer laws and customer rights. They sell faulty items and then refuse to offer an exchange for the faulty item sold just 2 days previously. They were so rude and spoke on the phone in a foreign language about me. Save your money and don't shop there. They had no understanding and didn't want to offer any assistance.
I was in this stor for first time on sunday 4rd August around 12.45pm. The guy whom was in the register contently on the phone, didnt want help us with certain items we need it in different languag. I feel sorry for the owner of this shop. You employee get paid to be on personal calls , not serving your customers. Never come to this shop again.

Went to have a helium balloon blown up for my sons birthday. $10. Walking back to the car, the balloon popped, so I went back in. I asked if I bought a balloon from them, would they not charge me again for the helium. The owner was rude and said it's not his fault, because the balloon was not purchased from them and he would charge me full price. He would not give me a refund or help resolve the issue.
