I have used Vari Inspection for years. He is great! Vari is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this company.
Vari Inspection company did a very thorough inspection report with color photographs. The inspection was conducted on a Friday and I received the reports that evening. Best Inspection company I have ever dealt with. Reliable, timely and very thorough.

We received a home inspection from Vari for a house we closed on in August. It is now October, and we’ve recently discovered there is a massive rat infestation, which according to two different rodent removal inspections, has been here for at least 6 months. Direct quote: “there’s no doubt that you bought the house like this” The damage and evidence of them is significant, and how the inspector would have missed something of this nature is beyond me. Best guess is they popped their head in the attic but didn’t actually *go* ... read more
