I was recommended this salon by a friend who said they are great with kids cuts. I made an appointment a couple months back for Monday November 10th. I adjusted my work schedule so I could bring my 6 year old to his 1pm appointment. I had received both a confirmation email and text about the appointment the day prior. We got to the salon at about 12:55 and it was dark inside and the door was locked.
