After some earlier repair work, we had our roof replaced by Vargas & Sons Roof Repair in Baytown. honestly, getting a new roof can be stressful, but this project went really well. almost a year later, when we got our Christmas decorations down from the attic, we noticed a knot had been knocked out of one of the plywood boards during the roof install, and that spot looked a little stained, maybe from before. i sent pictures of the sheathing showing the hole and where the roofing felt was visible. After noticing a leak in my closet, Joseph came out to check my roof and made sure it was covered before a storm hit—even before I agreed to any repairs. He also took plenty of photos for my insurance claim, which was a big help. Once the work was approved, he explained every step of the process and let me know how long everything would take. Vargas & Sons Roof Repair did a fantastic job on my roof. Joseph always arrived on time and was well-prepared to get started. He kept in touch with my family and made sure we understood every step of the roofing process. Joseph was also very respectful in our home, taking extra care to keep things clean even when we said it wasn’t needed.
