After noticing a leak in my closet, Joseph came out to check my roof and made sure it was covered before a storm hit—even before I agreed to any repairs. He also took plenty of photos for my insurance claim, which was a big help. Once the work was approved, he explained every step of the process and let me know how long everything would take. Vargas & Sons Roof Repair did a fantastic job on my roof. Joseph always arrived on time and was well-prepared to get started. He kept in touch with my family and made sure we understood every step of the roofing process.
