I had the potato and chorizo taco on a flour tortilla, and it was easily one of the best breakfast tacos I’ve had. The chorizo and potatoes were seasoned perfectly, and the flour tortilla tasted fresh and homemade. What really stood out was that it didn’t taste like typical restaurant food. It tasted like something made in someone’s kitchen with a family recipe. Simple, fresh, flavorful, and comforting. I’ll definitely be coming back to Vargas Morning Bloom Cafe.
Leti and her mother have done a phenomenal job with Vargas! These ladies know how to cook...we had chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, pancakes, jamaica and lemonade+soda+Mexican spices, and it was all excellent. The service was also fantastic, fast and friendly. Highly recommend!
