Sinceramente es muy triste que uno esté preocupado por un problema de salud y no reciba la atención básica, ya sea que el problema sea leve o grave, sin importar la magnitud, solo buscamos una respuesta amable. The lady who answers the phone is a rude individual. I asked to be transferred to the office manager, Paula who interrupted me several times and didn't listen. She showed no compassion.
Front desk unbelievable. Called to make an appointment, explained I was a new patient and I had a scan done. She tells me to have them send over my scan and they will call me 1-3 days. Never heard back and I called a week later to be told we are not seeing any new patients for a year. I questioned why would they tell me to send the scan and she needs to find out who told me that- she chuckles and says they will have to investigate and good luck.
Dr. Vargas has been my trusted doctor for over 10 years, and I rely on his advice for all my medical decisions. I appreciate his straightforward approach and transparency. Prior to finding him, two other doctors recommended removing my thyroid, but Dr. Vargas developed a plan that helped me avoid that surgery.
