My mom had an urgent plumbing problem that needed fast service. My brother called Vargas Brothers Plumbing Co. and spoke with Blake. he said blake was very kind, understanding, and reassuring on the phone, which really helped both my brother and my mom feel calmer. Frank was sent out for the repair and arrived at my mom’s house within about an hour after the call, coming straight from another plumbing job. i came home from work and found the water main line outside my house leaking really badly. Within about 20 minutes, curtis and jerome were at my door ready to handle the plumbing repair. Even though it was after hours, i expected a very high emergency service bill, which would have made sense. Instead, curtis and jerome got right to work, and about an hour later the main water leak was repaired and the line was completely leak free. Jerome really came through for me today. We had a backed-up sewer line late last night that was creating a big mess and stressing us out.
