I’m Sadie McIntyre, Certified Wedding and Event Planner since 1999. At Vareus (pronounced various) Events we are so named because we custom design and plan weddings and events for a select number of clients per year, focusing on making every event we plan from grand events to intimate weddings, or house parties, as unique as our clients. We offer full service wedding planning, partial wedding planning, party or event planning and complete floral and decor design services

Sadie did the flowers for our wedding and they were exquisite! We got so many compliments on them. She really took my vision and brought it to life. She went above and beyond my expectations. She also is just so incredibly kind and supportive. She went above and beyond what it means to be a wedding vendor. I’m just so incredibly grateful to her for all that she has done.
Sadie and her team were OUTSTANDING. She was incredibly thorough and professional and her design choices were beautiful. Our wedding day went flawlessly and we couldn't have done it without her. (We got numerous compliments from guests who noted how smooth things went and how 'perfectly timed' the evening was.) Do yourself a favor and book her early in the process and you'll be guided by a consummate professional the entire way.
Recently was at a birthday party at the Benson Hotel and Vareus was the planner. What an outstanding job they did! I was extremely impressed. Everything looked incredible and ran like clockwork.
Sadie was an absolute find! She knows everything about weddings –from photographer recommendations, suit & bridal shops, jewelry stores, rentals, caterers –you name it. She was incredibly organized and helped us prioritize what to book first and where to make decisions, so the entire process ran smoothly. Sadie was absolutely amazing. Not only she was an amazing talented professional, she’s also such a cool person. She made the whole process of planning our wedding fun and stress free.
