I’ve been here for about 6ish months now, I initially moved in when the ratings were great! I’m not sure what’s changed but in my experience - management is nice but I’ve had a package stolen, and instead of helping me figure out what happened, they put the blame on the delivery service as they didn’t log it into Luxor but had a photo of it in the room. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Varela Westshore. Over several months, my family and I have dealt with multiple serious issues, yet the management and even corporate have shown little accountability or communication. We asked for details about a pesticide/chemical treatment used around the property (critical for our Emotional Support Animal’s health), but they still haven’t provided the contractor’s information or any specifics. Christelle is amazing.
I would give this apartment complex zero stars if I could. Four years ago this place was amazing. It’s now filled with RATS and incessant fire alarms. Management will not remedy complaints and they are incredibly rude. Please save yourself the hassle and do not move here.
