Very disappointed and poor customer service. I ordered 20mm Pink webbing as was pictured on the website. Received a completely different colour pink to what’s advertised. (See photo below to what I got compared to photo on website) Rude women on the phone would not admit it’s the wrong pink as advertised and refused to send or organise return shipping for wrong coloured product sent. Women on the phone claimed this was the pink but clearly not what’s advertised. If you want pink webbing be careful you want get what’s picture... read more
