This home health agency is an absolute fraud. They seem more focused on billing insurance companies than actually caring for their patients. The treatment of home health patients is unacceptable — and I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone. If you speak up or have a negative experience, they’ll go as far as to slander you instead of addressing the issue. Reaching anyone for help is nearly impossible. We’re very thankful for the care Varco gave my dad. Their team was kind, supportive, and professional during a tough time. They treated him with respect, explained things clearly, and made sure he was comfortable. Their support meant a lot to our whole family. It truly felt like they were part of our family. We highly recommend Varco.
The staff and assigned nurses are great. I haven’t had a problem with the services provided and supplies are always on time. I highly recommend them.
