My customer experience with Patrick in 2018 was first class, I called first to ask questions about the product I was interested in, he spent time on the phone to answer all my questions and then some. I ordered the product and received it in a few days to Canada. It works great.
As an employee I have first hand knowledge that every part is of the cheapest possible China made material. Every filter, every plastic, rubber hose, everything is made in China at penny's to the dollar. Everything especially throttle body spacers are up priced about 1000%. Everything you purchase has a made in China sticker in which the owner Patrick Ledford has removed before you get it. Also if your black the owner will not hire you no matter your experience, but he will take your $$$ no matter your ethnicity.
Vararam's website says to call to place an order, but all I got from the two numbers provided was a voice-mail telling me, rather agitatedly, to call a third number or leave a message. Since the number given was only given once, ironic since the annoyed speaker said I should give mine twice, and slow, I left a message, giving pertinent vehicle information and, yes, my number, nice and slow, and twice.
