RecommendedThis was our second time renting a wet/dry slide and we will be renting again! Excellent customer service! Equipment was very clean and my kids had a blast!!

However, when a customer is confrontational and creates a hostile environment for our employees we have the right to cancel any reservation. We at Varano Super Jump value the safety of our employees just as importantly as customer satisfaction.
I think their drivers need to pay attention to the "Yield signs" when they are merging onto highways as the driver cut us off with young children in the car and almost sent us into a ditch this morning. He was coming off the Ilion exit onto 5s towards Utica.
Absolute hit of the party With the inflatable water slide! Everyone from age 5 to over 74 years old were racing down it! What a blast. We were loving it. The bouncy castle was a dream for the kids. No time limits! They could jump and bounce all they wanted no one told them just five minutes.
This is our 3rd year we have had a bounce house. The owners are super nice! We recommend them yearly..
After a major disappointment and last minute cancellation from someone local, I was desperately searching for a bounce house the night before my daughter's birthday party. Varano Super Jump was messaging me after hours (at 11pm!) helping me choose a bounce house in my budget. Delivery fee was very reasonable. Outstanding customer service and a great quality bounce house! Thank you again! We will never rent through anyone else!!
Super kind and professional, very accommodating. Definitely would rent for future events through them again. Overall my family and I had an amazing experience.

Had a great experience this weekend. Showed up early and picked up later = more time to enjoy! Hours of play - we had about 18 kids cycle through the large Tropical (not at one time but throughout the day) of all ages 3 years+: Great service, great pricing, great staff - nothing bad about it!
