If I could give him less than a 1 star rating, I would. Several months ago, my father was experiencing difficulty speaking and walking and had numbness and tingling in his arm. Rather than send him immediately to the ER (as those are classic signs of a stroke) he sent him home (allowing him to drive on his own!) with a promise to give him a referral to the Cleveland Clinic. I called twice to make my husband a appt. They never called back. Also Walmart pharmacy sent 4 requests to his office for a new script for my husband blood pressure medicine. No response plus I called also. He was my brother doctor . And when he was in the Er, he refused my brothers care and said he was not his patient. Would not reccomend him to anyone. If you can not handle your practice that dont be in it.

I had to nearly die of two withdrawals, at home, due to this office's conduct. The pharmacies can almost never get a hold of them due to their limited hours and desk staff not returning phone calls. When they partnered with ENH, I had an appointment and Dr. Varallo had to ask me why I was on medications he and his brother prescribed because, my file couldn't be found.
