It’s unfortunate to have to give this place 1 star because they have quality smoothies. But the service severely impacts the experience. First visit I ordered an acai bowl and was rudely told that acai bowls must be called in ahead of time… there’s no mention of this policy anywhere. We believe the server just didn’t want to take the time to make the bowl. Don’t even think about asking for non-dairy options… the answer is rude and blunt NO. Says they are open. But the door is locked and everything is turned off. It’s only 5pm on a Wednesday.
this place takes forever to make ONE drink. It was a simple one too, just a watermelon smoothie. I stepped out to go buy groceries, came back, and it still wasn’t done. On top of that, i saw a guy that came in after me get his order before me.
