Fast and easy experience with Mr. Jesse, and then everything went downhill. Police were called on an active-duty service member when he wasn't asked once to leave the premises. Mr. David Vara made me feel very unappreciated and as if I was nothing, to include his staff Mr. Kong and Mr. Valdez. Worst vehicle purchase experience EVER!
