If you are a property owner DO NOT allow this company to manage your property. They don't communicate clearly, they don't communicate by phone so everything is delayed, they don't have vendors to service all the property needs, they don't actually visit properties, they don't send deposits on time, they don't know if they want you to be involved or not, they just don't. I have a client interested in a property. I’ve left several messages and sent an email to two of their agents with no response. This an attempt to hear back. Update to V.A.R response: I called and left several messages prior to the "pending status" which was at least a week before the holidays. Furthermore, this response was very passive aggressive and unprofessional. I would've happily taken my review down once someone reached out to me. I had to come on here because I’m absolutely beside myself that my husband and I were perfect tenants with this VAR Group and they had the audacity to take over $1000 from us from our security deposit 450 for late charges when we paid a week before because it’s an auto bill pay through our bank account $300 to change lightbulbs $150 for property maintenance when we maintain that property better than we got it in fact we paid well over $800 out of our own pocket for 2 year's to trim the trees/ shrubs out front. This company is the absolute worst, their customer service is awful. Their attention to helping their clients is awful, there are a bunch of crooks and take your money for no reason , when we were never late who charges $450 for late fees? Who charges $300 to change the lightbulb. This company is an absolute joke and I recommend strongly against them.
