If you can't trust the owner, can't trust the company. She sold me a stolen sewer camera and when i asked for my money back she ignored me. Still waiting to hear back before filing a civil suit. Hopefully they do the right thing and return my money. If not, how can you trust she is handling yours. Sold date was july 8th its now the 16th. tick tock
I texted the company on Sunday evening of a holiday weekend and they responded to me saying they'd get with me first thing in the morning (it wasn't an emergency, I just wanted to make sure I was on their schedule for the next day before I left for a trip). They got back in touch with me right when the office opened on Monday morning and got me on their schedule that day.
