Great work, locally owned, honest people. Vaquero took care of a shower repair and replaced a damaged shutoff valve in the yard. Work was completed as promised and they made a return trip just to button things up and make sire the job was done right: Update: having Vaquero out to our rental property for the fourth job. I love that they are always responsive and communicative. But, mostly, I won't call anyone else because I know the job will be done right.
We had an issue with our water heater and called Vaquero—they were fantastic from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. We’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!
I called for pricing on a water softener installation. They said a plumber would need to come out to quote and there is a $95 trip charge. Fair enough. Plumber arrives and within a minute says the pricing is fixed and shows me on his tablet. With fixed pricing they could have given this over the phone and saved me $95
Vaquero Pluming was great! They came out quickly and found the issues with our grinder pump. We then lost the ability to flush our toilets, and they came out again and fixed that issue, with no additional charge. Today they fixed the grinder pump. Always courteous, sent our quote with photos promptly, and we excellent to work with. Highly recommend this company!!!
I am extremely satisfied with a handful of jobs that Vaquero just completed for us. Melissa got us in the schedule rapidly, and an email was sent with a picture of who would be coming to the home, an added safety feature that was really appreciated. Javier was so thorough in his estimate that we felt very good with him handling the 4 jobs we needed.
