Eddie is phenomenal!!! He educated me and as a woman …to me that is key. He was prompt, respectful of our property, knowledgeable and was just amazing. The call center was very efficient and kind. The office lets the customer know when the tech will arrive. Eddie also shared an option for the “ club” a yearly check on all shut off valves etc in the home. Vaquero was great Stephanie and her team are super responsive and were able to explain exactly what was happening with my plumbing system. They also not only immediately fixed the problem but also told me a long term fix I could do at an affordable cost.
