I was informed that the jacket would be ready on Wednesday but the ticket didn't indicate @ what time exactly. I got to the cleaners on Wednesday @ 11 am & was informed that it wasn't ready. I told the clerk that it didn't indicate the time but just ready on Wednesday. Please inform customers about what time it can be ready so that we don't lose time going there, especially during our lunchtime. Although I had that issue, I will still go there.
