The store always looks great and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!
My sister & I have shopped at Vapor Hut in Aiken, N. Augusta & Augusta & we've never had poor service or a bad experience. Stacey is so knowledgeable, she was able to 'diagnose & repair' a factory milling problem on my sister's Kanger Mini. We'll shop Vapor Hut as long as they let us in the door!!! Also, Stacey's Dad is their Go-To-Person when employees call in or don't show for work. Anyone that can jump in there & pinch-hit as well as Stacey's Dad has my vote for Employee of the Year!!!!
Ordered kanthal wire, japanese cotton and juice. They didn't have the wire I wanted, but left a message and a small token of appreciation. It's great to know that customer service still exists - you'll find it right here. Great juices btw!

I wonder if the bad reviews are for specific locations or employees. I know the one in Augusta had very limited eliquids to test and the few times I've been there it was different flavors that were not available. Same for the north Augusta location. And one shop would not a certain flavors but another store might, in their words. For me the customer service, for the most part, was outstanding. Hi Chelsea, Please give us another shot. The gentlemen that was in North that day was Stacey's daddy. He fixes up all the stores he isn't a sales associate. He is only on the floor if someone calls in last minute and we ask him to open the store until we can get another employee there or myself there. He knows enough to sell coils, juice, and put the basics together but not complex stuff.
