bout a smoke here lady folds receipt up and shows me the price and puts it in box then when my wife tries to return it cause it's junk she tells her that she told me there are no returns and that it is printed on receipt. she never told me that nor did she point it out. and when I call to talk and ask for manager she says she will pass it along and hangs up after she gets my information. horrible store and horrible staff.
Have only gone to the augusta location. Staff there is so nice. I busted my glass and they looked all throughout the store to find a replacement and finally found one for me. Nothing but good experiences.
