The only vape store I have went into and the only I go to! The staff at this establishment are engaging friendly and not over-bearing in any way shape or form! Not only did Austin decode my noob speak he told me what I needed and got me taken care of with such an enthusiasm that made my experience truly unique. Staff has little knowledge about the products, and the quality of product is inconsistent. Mods and accessories may be authentic or may be clones, and they will not specify which is which and charge the same amount for both. Juice is low quality and inconsistent as well. Would not recommend.
I went in to Vapors E-Cigs once. I was wearing my Steam Industries shirt (which I love!) and I got knocked for it. The employees of Vapors E-Cigs told both me and my partner that our mods were pieces of s**t compared to their mods. We won't go back. They don't have the variety needed to reach out to a wide base of customers with their devices. Fine. But the fact that I was "beat down" for something I love and such was extremely rude.
