Excellent customer service! I have been a customer since the day the Danville store opened. Great service every time!
Every time I go to get some fluid I'm treated like a friend and not a wallet. The fact they make house juices on the spot if they don't have what I want pre prepaired is another plus. None of the other local vape stores have the nicotine levels in the flavors I want, reasonable variety of affordable devices or have treated me with much respect. I have and will continue to only recommend vapors to my friends and family!

The manager of the Danville store isa sweet girl who is great at her job!!! If you have a problem with any equipment (mine was leaking) just take it to her and she'll fix it. And her recommendations on juices are spot on...love Castle Island!!
So, I've worked with these guys pretty consistently through my vaping experience. Today though they really blew me away. I went in with my tank supplying a god-awful hit that hurt like crazy to vape. The guy at the counter set me up with a new coil from his own supply to make sure my tank was ok. I left with my vape working, better knowledge on coils, and all of my frustration gone. These are the guys you should be buying from. Thanks so much!!
