I am grateful this place is open. The staff are amazing! Answer any question I have without making me feel dumb for not knowing. I smile every time I am there ( often � ) Because of this place I have stopped smoking. I refer everyone that is interested in vapping or wanting to stop smoking. Always have what I need and want! You folks rock!

I went in after acquiring 672 points on their customer system and I has over 40% discount last I checked. When they went to check me out it was gone. I never authorized to use my discount as I was building it up to buy a mod. They said they could not do anything about it. This was the same person that checked me out the last 3 or 4 times. I have proof from 5stars about the amount accrued and discounts but they cannot look up when or how it was applied.
So fist off I will say that the staff is overly opinionated at times but they are not wrong so take their advice of you will likely regret it. Their prices are kinda high when you compare them to online shops but not outside of the range of local shops. What makes them a 5 star is their service and knowing that the things they sell are all things they would buy and use themselves with the exception of Smok which the have to have for the people that don't know better and won't listen.
